To exchange or return an item you must first get a Return Comformation number within 3 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ITEMS AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. If you send a package back without our knowledge NO STORE CREDIT will be issued and NO EXCHANGES will be allowed. Exchanges for the same item are at no charge. Package must return to us in the condition it was sent. (you pay return shipping to littlemarket). Exchanges for different items will be charged the appropriate shipping charges. WE DO NOT DO CASH RETURNS. ALL RETURNS will be charged a 20% restocking fee. ALL Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged, altered or used merchandise MAY NOT be returned. Merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor and must have all the original tags attached.
